Our Process
Step 1: Schedule a Consultation
Once you have an idea in your head and you are ready for professional help, the first step is reaching out to us to schedule a consultation. If you are unsure about every detail, no need to fret. We have knowledgeable contractors and designers on staff who are ready to answer any questions you may have. Give us a call or send us an email to get this process rolling!
Step 2: Consult & Design Stage
Once we meet for a consultation we will measure and hammer out more of the finer details for your project. Consults are a great time to have any of your other questions ready for us! After we meet for a consultation, we begin to work on floorplans and design concepts for your project. We have Designers on staff ready to help with any selections and plans needed to help you every step of the way. (note: not all projects will require this). Once the design is completed, we sit down with you to review.
Step 3: Review & Prepare
After we review the designs and you are happy with all the details, we will start to gather all necessary paperwork depending on the scope. We will take care of all permits and work with planning and zoning with the building department on your behalf. Once a permit is secured, underground utilities begin getting flagged, and a down payment is made. All building materials get ordered, and we will start to schedule excavation and drop off.
Step 4: Break Ground
Now we are ready to break ground and start your project! Not all projects require the same amount of time, some may take a few months while others can take up to a year. Any changes you make past this point become a change order and can delay timing on projects.
